2. Services & Immediate Digital Product Access
Fanoriva provides users with comprehensive online educational programs, including 60+ self-paced video modules, sales funnel architectures, email marketing templates, digital product creation blueprints, user-generated content (UGC) sponsorship strategies, and Master Resale Rights (MRR) licensing.
Upon successful payment processing, digital products, course access portals, and downloadable guides are delivered electronically and made available immediately to the user.
3. Pricing, Fees & Stripe Payment Terms
- Enrollment Price: All prices listed on the Site (e.g., $597 USD for complete academy access) are expressed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via accredited third-party payment gateways, including Stripe. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the designated payment method.
- Installment Options: If you choose installment payment options (e.g., via ClarityPay or authorized financing partners), you agree to fulfill all recurring installment obligations in full.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable local sales taxes, VAT, or transactional duties associated with your purchase.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Product Instant Access Policy & Refund Criteria:
Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of online course modules, downloadable funnel templates, and proprietary blueprints, purchases are generally final once access is granted.
However, to ensure complete customer satisfaction, Fanoriva provides a 14-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of original purchase.
- The user must submit a written request to Info.glownessco@gmail.com detailing the order details.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used via Stripe within 5–10 business days upon approval.
5. Master Resale Rights (MRR) Terms & Profit Model
Certain digital products offered by Fanoriva include Master Resale Rights (MRR) allowing qualifying purchasers to resell the academy program and retain 85% of revenue per sale. Resellers must strictly adhere to the following rules:
- Resellers must sell the curriculum at or above the minimum mandated retail price. Price gouging or unauthorized discounting below minimum thresholds is strictly prohibited.
- Resellers may not alter, edit, or misrepresent core video modules or claim trademark ownership of Fanoriva proprietary branding.
- Fanoriva reserves the right to terminate MRR distribution licenses for any reseller engaged in spam, deceptive claims, or fraudulent marketing practices.
6. Earnings & Success Disclaimer
Any income statements, revenue potentials, or success stories referenced on the Site are illustrative examples only. Individual financial outcomes depend entirely on an individual's effort, dedication, business acumen, market factors, and implementation. Fanoriva makes no guarantees of specific earnings or financial results.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, video lessons, icons, downloadable PDFs, code, and UI elements—are the exclusive intellectual property of Fanoriva and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution outside authorized MRR licenses is strictly forbidden.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanoriva and its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Fanoriva in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
